Spiritual Parenting for Ministry Leaders

We bridge the gap for leaders by offering seasoned experience, perspective, and stability. More than just advice, though, we provide a faithful mentorship that ensures you never have to navigate the burden of leadership alone.

Gleaning from decades of ministry experience, we offer practical spiritual help in the context of relationship, not a program. We come alongside pastors and Christian leaders with:

Faithful Prayer

Consistent, confidential prayer for you, your family, and your ministry.

Intentional Support

Mentorship and training for you, your spouse, and your key leaders to build systems that last.

Honest Wisdom

A safe space to seek wisdom for church leadership needs, process challenges, and sharpen your calling.

What is Spiritual Parenting?

Modeled by the Apostle Paul, spiritual parenting is a life-on-life approach to mentorship that transcends the classroom. As seen in 1 Thessalonians 2, it requires a duality of care: the gentleness of a mother nurturing her children and the strength of a father urging them to live blamelessly.

The critical bond in this relationship is a "common faith" (Titus 1:4). It is because of the Gospel that we are united as family. Unlike "instructors"—of whom there are many (1 Corinthians 4:15)—spiritual parents are few. They do not just tell you where to go; they say, "Imitate me," inviting you to follow their example as they follow Christ.
